TERRA

Terra is born from a single question: what unites the knights who once defended these lands with the explorers who dared to cross them? Both were bound by the same instinct, to move forward into the unknown, guided only by discipline, courage and a code no map could fully capture.

The dial carries this idea into its clearest form, a rendering of the known world, its continents and oceans reinterpreted as the terrain of both the medieval knight and the restless explorer. Where Genesis looks to the fortified architecture of Transylvania and Aeterna to its refined bourgeoisie, Terra looks outward, to the horizon itself.

Two details break from the classical language of the dial: the numerals 8 and 10, rendered in Arabic rather than Roman form. Eight marks the hour of the knights' shared table, when the day's efforts were set aside for company and counsel. Ten marks a different hour, the moment when the day's noise falls away and a knight sets his course for what comes next. Not idle rest, but quiet resolve, the private ritual of deciding what mountain to take on, what horizon to chase, what legacy to build. It is the hour every explorer and every knight has known, the one where ambition turns into a plan.

Distinctive elements of the dial and hands are shaped and finished in the Constantime workshop, in keeping with the same hand finishing philosophy shared across the collection.
